Beyond Tokaj sells alcoholic beverages. You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase alcohol from us.

By placing an order containing alcohol, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

We and our delivery partners reserve the right to request valid photographic identification to verify the recipient's age.

Where age cannot be satisfactorily verified, delivery may be refused and the alcohol returned to us.

Alcohol must not be purchased on behalf of anyone under the age of 18.

3. Products

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, vintages, alcohol content and other information displayed on our website are accurate.

Wine is an agricultural product and individual vintages, labels, packaging and other characteristics may occasionally vary.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to withdraw or discontinue products or limit quantities at any time.

4. Orders

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your order.

Receiving an automated order confirmation does not necessarily mean that we have accepted your order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where a product is unavailable, pricing information is incorrect, payment cannot be authorised, fraud is suspected, or legal age requirements cannot be satisfied.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the relevant amount.

All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (GBP).

Applicable taxes will be dealt with in accordance with UK law.

Delivery charges, where applicable, will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders that we have already accepted.

6. Delivery

We currently deliver to eligible addresses within the United Kingdom, subject to the delivery options and restrictions displayed on our website.

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed.

Someone legally permitted to receive alcohol must be available where required by our delivery partner.

Our courier may request photographic identification or apply an age-verification policy before handing over alcohol.

We reserve the right to restrict delivery to certain locations where our courier cannot provide an appropriate alcohol delivery service.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Wine

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If bottles arrive damaged, leaking, broken or you receive an incorrect product, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible at beyondtokaj@gmail.com, preferably with photographs of the package and affected bottles.

Where appropriate, we will arrange a replacement, refund or other suitable resolution.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

8. Cancellations and Returns

Your cancellation and return rights are governed by applicable UK consumer law and our Refund Policy.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict any statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
