I grew up in Hungary, where wine has always been part of our culture, our conversations and the moments we share around a table.When I moved to the UK, I realised how much of Hungary's wine story was still waiting to be discovered.That's why I created Beyond Tokaj — to share wines from independent Hungarian producers, from the volcanic hills of Tokaj to the characterful reds of Eger and Szekszárd.
