Furmint is one of Hungary’s most distinctive white grape varieties and the signature grape of Tokaj. Naturally high acidity and an ability to express vineyard character make it capable of producing everything from crisp, mineral dry whites to complex, age-worthy wines and celebrated sweet Tokaji styles.

Dry Furmint can show citrus, orchard fruit, herbs, spice and a distinctive mineral character, with styles ranging from fresh and unoaked to richer wines shaped by barrel ageing and individual vineyard sites.
